Static Line starts with a First Jump Course, the introductory course to the sport of skydiving. On your first jump you are attached to a static line inside the airplane. When you exit the airplane at 3,200 feet, the static line opens your parachute automatically. You are guided back to the ground by radio communication for a landing at the target area.

Static line classes are held Saturday and Sunday at 8:00am regardless of weather. Class time is approximately five hours.  You are usually prepared to make your first jump at 2:00pm. Our Static Line Course is a United States Parachute Association approved method that is designed to give the student skydiver the maximum amount of instruction at the minimal cost. All MRVS instructors and coaches have been rated by USPA.
